Marketing Manager, Healthcare

As part of our dynamic marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping the voice and strategy of Salient Health, supporting our growth through compelling marketing initiatives.
Salient Health seeks a Marketing Manager to execute and enhance our marketing strategy, working closely with the Vice President of Marketing. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic marketer with a strong understanding of healthcare technology marketing, content development, sales enablement and lead generation. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, especially with sales and customer success teams, to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media Strategy
- Execute and refine the healthcare content strategy, including but not limited to the creation of blog posts, case studies, whitepapers and downloadable assets.
- Translate content strategy into an engaging social media presence across LinkedIn and Twitter, as well as other relevant social platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with Salient Health’s brand guidelines, including tone and brand voice, ensuring messaging resonates with healthcare decision-makers.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Messaging
- Work closely with sales and customer teams to understand market needs, translating feedback into an effective brand story.
- Create sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, presentations and FAQs to support the sales team in outreach efforts.
Event Marketing & Coordination
- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars and industry conferences.
- Support event-related content development, such as landing pages, email campaigns and promotional materials.
Marketing Operations & Lead Generation
- Utilize HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage campaigns, nurture leads and track performance.
- Support demand generation efforts, ensuring marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are properly acquired and nurtured.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the marketing pipeline and improve lead conversion rates.
Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Create visually compelling assets using Canva or Adobe Express (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus).
- Ensure all marketing materials are cohesive and aligned with Salient Health’s brand identity, per brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other related-field suggested.
- Strong writing and content development skills, with experience crafting thought leadership content.
- Experience executing social media strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (Sales Hub experience is a plus).
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express; Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop preferred).
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, sales enablement, and MQL qualification.
- Proven ability to manage events and coordinate marketing efforts across teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
